Delete your 8CT Energy login

In the app

Open the app, go to More › Settings › Security › Delete my login, enter your password and confirm. It takes effect at once.

Without the app

Email support@8thcenturytech.com from the address you sign in with, and include your account number. We will delete your login within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your login, and the name and phone number on it.
• Every session you are signed in with, on every phone.
• The push tokens of your phones, so no more notifications reach them.
• Your login's link to your energy account.

What is kept

Your energy service account with 8th Century Tech stays: your supply, meter readings, bills and payments. We must keep these to run your service and meet our legal and financial obligations. Detailed readings are removed after 180 days. To close your energy service itself, contact us at the address above.

Changed your mind? You can activate your account again at any time with your account number and email.
